Every deal's mortgage, maintenance, management, void and insurance figures are calculated by Xenari's Financial Engine — never AI-guessed. These settings are your organisation's own defaults for your jurisdiction — leave a field blank to use the jurisdiction's own sensible default, shown as its placeholder. Any individual deal can still override these on its own Edit page — the resolution order is always Deal Override → Organisation Default → Jurisdiction Default.
Only owners and admins can change these settings.
